Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance & MLRO to lead the compliance and AML/CFT framework for its trust and corporate services business.
The successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance, manage AML/CFT processes, liaise with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority and Financial Intelligence Unit, provide expert compliance guidance, and support regulatory reporting, risk management, and staff training.
Applicants should have significant compliance experience within the trust and corporate services sector, strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, and experience dealing with regulatory bodies.
