The General Manager will play a pivotal role at the Ronaldsway, Isle of Man site in delivering transformational financial and operational performance targets, leading change, create a high-performing and empowering culture, driving accountability and ownership, achieving best in class customer focus and ensuring that the people (Circa 200) are developed via mentoring, coaching and preparing successors so they achieve their professional goals and are the best that they can be.
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, RLC Aerospace this is a very exciting opportunity. Due to the nature of the role and presence required, the candidate will be based on the Isle of Man site 4-5 days per week.
