Our client seeks a confident and commercially minded Compliance Manager to join their team. Key Skills and Experience: Experience in compliance monitoring, oversight and reporting within a regulated financial services environment. A relevant professional qualification or equivalent industry experience (e.g. Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit or Legal). Working knowledge of Isle of Man FSA regulatory requirements and associated guidance. An understanding of UK regulatory frameworks applicable to banking and lending. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and risks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders. A high level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
