Our client seeks an experienced Compliance Manager & DMLRO to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned compliance professional to play a key role in protecting the business, influencing regulatory strategy, and shaping a strong culture of compliance. Key Skills and Experience: Hold a relevant professional qualification, or have demonstrable relevant industry experience (for example in Financial Crime Compliance, Compliance, Risk, Audit). Working knowledge of IOMFSA Rules. Systematic approach to work with demonstrable ability to work independently and deliver to deadline, whilst maintaining attention to detail. Regulatory change management - ability to assess impact, produce implementation plans, track actions to closure, and evidence embedding (policies, controls, training, quality assurance). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Practical understanding of CDD/EDD, PEPs, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring oversight, SAR decisioning/escalation pathways. Stakeholder management being able to confidently challenge 1st line whilst maintaining constructive relationships. Experience coordinating with internal/external audit, responding to findings, and evidencing closure. Working knowledge of the UK FCA and PRA Rules, particularly in relation to Banking and lending would be desirable.
