Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team for an important Records Management Project. This a temporary position for 3-4 months. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in records management and information governance while making a meaningful impact on service delivery. You'll be working on a dedicated project, reviewing and categorising physical records while ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review and categorise physical records systematically and accurately. Support retention, disposal, and transfer decisions in line with regulatory requirements. Demonstrate compliance with public records, data protection, and information governance standards. Handle confidential information with the highest levels of professionalism and discretion. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met. Assist with research and analytical tasks as required. Key Skills & Experience: Proven administrative experience with strong organisational capabilities. Excellent analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and accurately.
