Our client seeks a temporary Administrator to assist their team Role Profile: You will primarily be based on the Public Counter, dealing directly with customers, carrying out customer triage, processing enquiries, and providing general administrative support. The role can be fast-paced and is customer-facing. The working hours at the counter are Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 1pm with the remainder of the day with one of the teams. Key Requirements: Well presented with a professional, approachable appearance, as they will be the first point of contact for members of the public. Friendly, approachable, and confident, with excellent customer service skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly with customers. Confident in carrying out an effective triage process, identifying the customer's needs, and directing them to the appropriate benefit team or service. Able to establish the reason for a customer's visit while remaining professional and empathetic. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal information appropriately. Willing to learn to provide accurate guidance. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help members of the public. The successful applicant will be working within a small, close-knit team where collaboration, mutual respect and effective communication are essential. The ability to work positively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment is therefore important.
