The Terminus Tavern is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive our food offer forward. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a busy food-led operation, delivering exceptional standards whilst developing a talented team and contributing to the continued success of one of the Isle of Man's most established pub venues.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen performance, including food quality, team leadership, menu execution, stock control, profitability and compliance. Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Team, you will ensure every guest receives a consistently outstanding dining experience.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about great food, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building high-performing teams. You will bring strong culinary skills, sound commercial awareness and the ability to motivate and develop others while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Previous experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager within a quality pub, restaurant or hospitality environment is essential, along with a strong understanding of fresh food operations, kitchen management and team development.
