The Terminus Tavern is looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support the leadership of our kitchen and help deliver an outstanding food experience for our guests. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional food standards, developing the kitchen team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced chef who is ready to take the next step in their career and broaden their leadership responsibilities within a busy, food-led pub environment.

As Sous Chef, you will support the management of the kitchen, leading by example during service and helping to create a positive, high-performing culture. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency, quality and compliance while assisting with stock control, team development, menu delivery and operational performance.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fresh food, thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing high-quality dishes. You'll have strong culinary skills, excellent organisational abilities and the confidence to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or a similar supervisory role within a professional kitchen is essential, together with a strong understanding of food safety, allergen management and kitchen operations.
