Ambulance Crew - ECA, TECH, AAP / Clinical Educator's

Applicants should hold a current pre-hospital care qualification appropriate to the role, such as First Response Emergency Care (FREC) 4 or equivalent for Emergency Care Assistants, an IHCD Ambulance Technician or (FREC 5), a Level 4 Diploma for Associate Ambulance Practitioners.

Experience in a healthcare, emergency care or event medical setting is essential, along with the ability to care for patients safely within your scope of practice, good communication and teamwork skills, accurate record keeping, and a sound understanding of infection control, safeguarding and confidentiality. You must be able to stay calm under pressure and be willing to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and events.

Satisfactory enhanced disclosure and barring checks are essential and will be required as a condition of employment. Existing right to work on the Isle of Man is desirable, but applicants who do not hold it may still apply, as the company can apply for a work permit where required.

A full driving licence and a C1 driving licence (or willingness to undertake this) are also desirable.
An Emergency Response Ambulance Driving Qualification for example the Level 3 Certificate In Emergency Response Ambulance Driving, is essential.
Minimum Age is 25 for driving roles - We also happy to speak to attend only Clinicians, who do not hold the L3CERAD or a C1

For Clinical Educators, A teaching qualification such as AET is essential, alongside experience delivering training.
