As a Community Support Worker covering the East of the Island, you will support individuals in their own homes with a range of day-to-day needs, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, light domestic duties and helping clients maintain their independence and wellbeing. We are looking for someone who is caring, reliable, respectful and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided. Due to the nature of community-based work, applicants must hold a clean driving licence and have access to their own car. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends, is also required.
