We are looking for a passionate Chef with a strong knowledge and experience in Indian cuisine. They must have had at least ten years previous experience working as a chef. They must be a great communicator - excellent at developing relationships with your kitchen team and front of house teams. A strong manager able to build, train and lead a large team to deliver the highest of standards. To manage the high-volume, fast paced food operation for a quality yet a relaxed and stylish new restaurant. A strong understanding of 5-star food safety and hygiene standards.
