Job Title: Payroll/ Finance Assistant.

We are seeking a friendly, confident, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Payroll and Finance Assistant. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!
This position is 20 hours based over 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll and ensure accurate annual returns.
Handle company administration tasks.
Perform bookkeeping duties.
Prepare and submit VAT returns.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks and Xero is preferable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
A proactive and confident approach to work.
Excellent communication skills.
