About the Role:
We have roles available in both our Civil Engineering Teams and our Rail Maintenance teams. As a Site Operative, you’ll be an essential part of our site team, supporting the delivery of high-quality projects. From groundwork preparation to machine operations, you’ll help keep things moving efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Carrying out groundwork and Civil Engineering or Rail maintenance tasks.
Supporting machine operations and assisting with plant operations.
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Keeping the site clean, organised, and hazard-free.
Essential Experience:
Proven background in groundworks within construction.
Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude.
Desirable Qualifications:
Valid machine operator tickets.
Health & Safety awareness training.
Other Requirements:
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
Full driving licence preferred.
