As Site Manager, you’ll be the central figure on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from coordinating teams and subcontractors to maintaining safety standards and timelines. You’ll be the driving force behind successful project delivery, balancing efficiency with quality and keeping communication flowing between all stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading site activities on a day to day basis.
Upholding health and safety standards across all operations.
Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality and compliance.
Troubleshooting issues and keeping projects moving forward.
Keeping site documentation accurate and up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
Other Site management related Qualifications would be advantageous.
Full Driving Licence.
Experience & Skills:
Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety practices.
Confident leadership and excellent organisational skills.
