What You’ll Be Doing:
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations, which range from:
Preparing daily bookings in our café.
Supporting private functions including weddings, christenings, and parties.
Catering for hundreds of visitors during the world-famous TT Week.
Some baking experience would be a great advantage, as you’ll also assist with afternoon teas and dessert cabinets.
