Our client seeks an enthusiastic and motivated Part or Recently Qualified Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate within a team to manage a diverse client portfolio. Assist in preparing financial statements for small and medium sized businesses in line with FRS 102 Section 1A. Prepare accounts for self-employed individuals. Prepare Isle of Man Company and Personal Tax returns. Handle enquiries from Tax Authorities professionally and promptly. Review and challenge existing systems and procedures, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience. Key Skills & Experience: Newly or Part Qualified ACA/ACCA status. Good A Levels or equivalent or 5 GCSEs or equivalent, at grade B or above. Experience in accounts preparation from source records is essential. Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships is essential. Understanding of Isle of Man and/or UK Tax legislation and systems is preferred but not essential. Experience with CCH and Quickbooks Online is preferred but not essential. External and internal training will be supported and encouraged, so this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build a rewarding career in accountancy within an established practice.
