Investment Administrator

The Role:
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Investment Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help make sure our clients’ investments are handled smoothly, accurately, and with care. You’ll work with colleagues across the business as well as external partners to ensure that investment transactions run efficiently and clients receive excellent service every step of the way. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detail, solving problems, and being part of a supportive, professional team. Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day processing of client investment and cash transactions.
Liaise with investment platforms, fund managers, and custodians to ensure everything runs on time and accurately.
Keep internal systems and records up to date.
Communicate clearly with colleagues and clients to provide updates and resolve queries.
Help improve processes and find ways to make things work even better.
Work closely with the wider Operations and Investment teams to deliver great client outcomes.
About You:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage different tasks and deadlines.
Confident communicator – clear, friendly, and professional.
Enjoys working in a team and helping others.
Positive attitude, reliable, and proactive in finding solutions.
Some experience in financial services, client administration, or a similar office-based role is helpful – but not essential.
