The main responsibility will be organising staff & client rotas on a daily basis and organising staff training. Be first point of contact for visitors and callers to our office. Undertake administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the office such as petty cash, setting up new employee/client records, preparing brochures and stationary orders and other admin duties. Hours 09.00-15.00, Monday to Friday(can be discussed). You must be able to work under pressure, be flexible and have a keen eye for detail.
