RTS - Technical Compliance Consultant

Our client seeks a Technical Compliance Consultant to join their team. Reporting directly to the Compliance Director, this role's primary responsibility is to lead efforts to ensure full adherence to the UK Gambling Commission's Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards (RTS) for a Gambling Software provider. Key Responsibilities: Lead RTS compliance for a GB regulated Software Provider. Interpret and apply RTS as issued by regulators and develop appropriate technical controls, policies, and procedures. Oversee all required testing for RNG games and virtual events to ensure they have been deployed as certified. Manage the initial certification, re-certification after updates, version control and release approvals - Liaising with internal developers. Manage relationships with external testing labs and oversee remediation (if required). Incident management - Lead or support investigation of game malfunctions and breaches of technical standards. Logging, Monitoring & Audit Readiness - ensure systems maintains complete, accurate, and tamper-proof logs and traceability of game outcomes, transactions, and player activity. Act as a key point of contact during regulator or auditor queries. Key Skills & Experience: Extensive, proven experience with RNG based games, virtual and live casino and slots. Strong understanding of the UK Gambling Commission regulations, particularly RTS. Desired experience with testing experience for sportsbooks. Experience conducting technical audits, reviews and control testing. Attention to detail in testing, documentation and reporting. The ability to explain technical and regulatory requirements clearly to others. Excellent communication skills and works constructively with others. Maintains accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
