Store Manager - Castletown Store

The Store Manager at the Castletown store will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a small team, and ensuring high standards of customer service, sales, and overall store performance. The role involves motivating staff, maintaining strong retail standards, and supporting the store’s presence within the local community.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, managing staff rotas, supporting and motivating the team, handling customer enquiries and complaints, serving customers, overseeing merchandising and promotional displays, and managing stock control including processing incoming and outgoing deliveries. The role also includes ensuring operational expectations are met and maintaining an organised and efficient store environment.

This position requires regular attendance at quarterly management meetings with senior management and directors. Flexibility is essential due to the size of the team and the needs of the business.

The role would suit someone with a good level of computer literacy, including experience using Windows and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive and organised approach, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
