As an Investment & Pensions Administrator, you will work closely with our Wealth Advisers to support the full advice process, from initial client onboarding through to ongoing servicing and financial reviews. The role is hands-on, detail-focused and client?facing (primarily via telephone and email), requiring strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple cases at various stages.
You will be responsible for administering investment and pension applications and servicing requests, preparing client meeting packs and acting as a key point of contact for clients.
Skills & Experience (Essential):
Previous experience in a financial services administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident and professional communicator.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online financial systems.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
