Gym Administrator

Core Administration - Handle daily communication including emails, calls and visitor enquiries. Maintain accurate member records and club databases. Manage class registrations, waiting lists and documentation. Provide administrative support to management, coaches, directors and volunteers.
Financial Administration - Support and process banking tasks, reconciliation, and financial paperwork. Assist with invoicing, tracking payments, and issuing reminders to members. Help maintain organised financial records; training will be provided.
Project & Development Work - The role will include supporting and running with ongoing projects, such as: Improving administrative systems and processes. Implementing sustainability-focused improvements inspired by UK grassroots and national sustainability initiatives (e.g., improving energy efficiency, supporting greener operations). Supporting long term club development strategies and operational transitions.
Operations & Scheduling - Assist with booking management, timetabling and organising meetings or events. Coordinate equipment servicing requests and facility related admin tasks.
Customer Service & Communication - Provide warm, responsive communication to parents, gymnasts, and visitors. Issue newsletters, club updates and general notices. Support coach–parent communication where required. Liaise with the coaching team and assist with communication to all members and internal disciplines. Engage with the different communities within the gym (fundraising, café, baby-gym & gymnastics classes)
Compliance & Governance Support - Help maintain documentation required for insurance, safeguarding and governing body compliance. Maintain accurate logs and procedural records.
Additional - The role involves working in a child centred environment, and appointment is subject to appropriate safeguarding checks. Due to the nature of the club and its operating hours, occasional flexibility may be required for events, meetings or seasonal activities.
