Our client seeks a Contracts Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Preparing company proposals and tracking their progress. Maintaining and updating proposal templates. Setting up and maintaining client data and folder structures within internal systems. Carrying out due diligence checks on potential clients. Running daily checks on the KYC platforms. Monitoring sanctions updates and cross check against internal databases. Preparing client agreements using standardised templates. Ensuring client, contract and proposal data is always kept up to date. Collating the department's data for KPIs. Client correspondence, both written and oral. Preparing onboarding timelines. Day-to-day office administration. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.Attention to detail and accuracy. Discretion and reliability. Organised and methodical approach to administrative duties. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). A can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative. Personable with the understanding of the importance of confidentiality due to the nature of the business.
