Part Time Accounts Assistant

Our client seeks an accurate and professional Accounts Assistant to join their team for 15 hours a week. Key Responsibilities: Regular reconciliation of the Accounts Payable ledger. Process and issue client invoices in a timely manner. Raise the corresponding payments. Control of the monthly account statement circular to aid debt collection. Organisation of monthly credit control task of issuing Debtors statements to each client. Undertaking of basic administrative tasks as required. Provision of support to the Accounting Team with monthly tasks. Continuous strengthening of processes that ensures timely raising of client invoices. Key Skills and Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience of bookkeeping or accounts administration. Experience of using Navision would be advantageous. No professional qualifications are required for this role. However, a recognised bookkeeping certification would be advantageous. Confidently navigate Excel, managing spreadsheets, applying formulas and working with data in a clear and practical way. Comfortable staying on top of deadlines and maintaining well-ordered records.
