Skilled Labourer required to provide support to on site tradesmen preparing properties for rental and dealing with tenant requests. Responsibilities include the preparation of work areas, keeping the site safe, clean and organised and to use the company vehicles to collect materials and dispose of waste. The successful individual will be reliable, hard-working and highly motivated. 3-5 years experience in a similar role is required, as is a full clean driving licence.
