An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Policy Servicing Administrator to join a busy Financial Services team. You will support the Policy Servicing Supervisor by processing client and IFA requests, handling queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered.
Key Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in Financial Services.
Strong administration and attention to detail skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work to deadlines and as part of a team.
Knowledge of AML/KYC and regulatory requirements is desirable.
