Events Supervisor

Events Coordinator:
Comis Hotel & Golf Resort | Santon, Isle of Man.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team at Comis Hotel & Golf Resort.
You will coordinate weddings, corporate events and special occasions, working closely with clients and hotel departments to deliver exceptional experiences at our four-star resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate events from initial enquiry through to completion.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments to ensure successful event delivery.
Prepare event plans, schedules, budgets and relevant documentation.
Oversee event setup and delivery, resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate booking records, contracts and client communications.
Support invoicing, payment tracking and post-event reporting.
About You:
Previous experience in event planning, coordination or a similar hospitality role.
Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
Commercial awareness and confidence working with clients and suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using event management software is advantageous.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays according to event schedules.
