Our client is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst / Batch Operator to join their IT Service department on an initial 6-month contract. This role suits a proactive IT support professional with strong communication skills and the technical ability to support critical business systems.
You will provide first- and second-line Service Desk support to users based in the Isle of Man and internationally, as well as out-of-hours batch and operational support on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver first- and second-line IT support across multiple international locations.
Provide out-of-hours batch and operational support as required.
Maintain knowledge articles, policies, and procedures.
Carry out general IT support tasks including hardware builds, upgrades, and software installations.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ Service Desk or similar IT support experience.
Strong customer service, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting Windows, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and modern service management tools.
Full clean driving licence.
ITIL Foundation and Financial Services experience desirable.
