AML Analyst - 2964

Reporting to the AML Manager, this role supports the company’s AML/CFT framework through client screening, AML risk assessments, transaction monitoring and assurance activity. You will also act as a point of reference for the practical application of AML policies and procedures across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client screening and AML risk assessments (PEPs, sanctions, adverse media).
Investigate transaction monitoring alerts and raise SARs where appropriate.
Maintain PEP and higher-risk client registers.
Perform AML quality assurance checks and support remediation projects.
Assist with fraud investigations and recommend control improvements.
Work closely with the AML Manager, AML team and wider business.
Key Requirements:
Understanding of the Isle of Man AML regulatory framework.
Experience using screening tools such as World-Check, Dow Jones or Moody’s.
Previous experience in a financial crime/AML role within regulated financial services.
ICA AML qualification preferred (or working towards).
Experience with AML remediation, risk rating and enhanced due diligence.
