About MayFly Entertainment.
MayFly Entertainment is a licensed gambling operator regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC). With over 10 years of licensing, we provide online sports betting and casino services, maintaining high standards of integrity, transparency, and player protection. Join us in a fast-paced, global industry where you’ll collaborate with experts, tackle complex challenges, and help shape the future of gaming.
Purpose of role:
As DMLRO, you will support the MLRO in ensuring compliance with AML, CFT, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in investigating suspicious activity, maintaining effective controls, and deputising for the MLRO when required.
Responsibilities:
You will review and investigate internal suspicious activity reports and support decisions on external reporting, while preparing and submitting high-quality SARs in a timely manner. Acting as a key contact for AML queries and escalations, you will monitor transaction alerts, source of funds, and unusual activity, as well as oversee sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening. The role includes maintaining accurate investigation records, supporting the development and improvement of AML, CFT, and CPF frameworks, and providing guidance on CDD and EDD, including complex cases. You will support regulatory audits, reporting obligations, and external engagement, while also conducting AML monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and control testing to identify weaknesses and drive improvements. In addition, you will deliver AML/CFT training, promote a strong compliance culture, and represent the business at relevant industry events.
Skills & Experience:
You will have strong AML/CFT knowledge within a regulated environment, ideally in the Isle of Man, along with experience in a DMLRO, MLRO, or senior compliance role. Proven experience handling SARs, investigations, and regulatory reporting is essential, along with strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills.
