Chief Operating Officer

A rare and exciting executive opportunity has emerged for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join a forward-thinking CSP business at a pivotal point in its growth journey. This role is there to bridge the gap between Board-level strategy and day-to-day operational delivery, giving the successful candidate real influence over the shape and direction of the business going forward. Central to the role will be taking ownership of a major core systems implementation, embedding new technologies and building the processes, workflows and infrastructure needed to support a scaling organisation. Beyond the transformation agenda, the COO will have broad functional responsibility spanning HR, IT, Operations and Payments, ensuring every area of the business is performing, aligned and equipped for growth. You will set the governance and performance frameworks that underpin a well-run, compliant and commercially successful operation, whilst cultivating a culture where senior teams are empowered, accountable and motivated to excel. We are looking for a seasoned operational leader who has navigated complex change in a financial services or regulated environment, with CSP sector experience considered a real advantage. You will be equally comfortable leasing with the board and on the ground, able to think strategically whilst rolling up your sleeves when it counts, and confident in influencing at every level of an organisation.
