We are on the hunt for a talented and driven Trust Manager to take the reins of a high-performing fiduciary team within a well-established financial services business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be equally responsible for the strategic direction of your team and the delivery of exceptional service across a diverse and complex portfolio of fiduciary structures. You will take ownership of team performance, championing professional development, driving accountability and ensuring every individual is supported, challenged and working towards clearly defined goals. Client relationships will be at the heart of what you do, with the expectation that you will serve as lead relationship manager for a select number of high-value and sophisticated structures. Working collaboratively with senior leadership to maintain smooth, well-governed workflows across the business. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience managing fiduciary teams, a confident and considered approach to risk identification, and the interpersonal skills to lead from the front.
