We are recruiting for an experienced part-time HR Professional to join our client's team, playing a key role in shaping and supporting the people agenda across the business. This is a varied and impactful position suited to someone who is passionate about workplace culture and has the breadth of HR experience to hit the ground running. You will take a lead role in developing and embedding a positive, values-driven culture across the organisation, ensuring that the employee experience is consistent, engaging and aligned with the business's strategic direction. You will support the business across a broad range of HR processes, including performance management, onboarding, absence management and employee relations, providing pragmatic, people-centred guidance to managers and staff at all levels. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, with solid generalist HR experience gained within a professional services or regulated environment.
