The Earl of Derby is a high-quality hospitality venue serving both locals and visitors. Our site includes a café, a wine bar, and four luxury hotel rooms. We are looking for a capable and charismatic General Manager to lead the overall performance of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experience and consistently high standards across every area of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for customer satisfaction, team performance, operational standards, and results. The successful candidate will lead from the front and be prepared to work shifts during busy periods.
We are looking for someone who is able to make every guest feel genuinely welcome, someone who notices the little things that matter to customers and is ready to step in and solve problems whenever they arise. The successful applicant will be commercially aware, energetic and motivating.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to take ownership of a multi-faceted venue with a strong reputation for quality. You will play a central role in shaping the guest experience, developing the team, and driving the commercial success of The Earl of Derby.
