Asset Services Manager (Maternity Cover)

Capital International is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Asset Services Manager for a 12-month contract to lead our Asset Services team with inspirational guidance and a focus on training and development. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our team delivers operational excellence while collaborating closely with colleagues across the Investment business to meet all internal and regulatory requirements. You will manage the delivery of exceptional customer service, facilitate team meetings, and coordinate cross-functional projects, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through regular performance assessments and constructive feedback. Your responsibilities will include monitoring departmental goals aligned with Group KPIs, hiring and cross-training team members, and leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and the overall client journey. You will also serve as the primary contact for FLA, Internal Audit, and external Audit teams, driving the implementation of recommendations to improve processes and controls.
