Job Description:
To drive the implementation of the Real Estate Services (RES) enablement plan for a small Africa Regions country. To enable the achievement of the Technology and Operations Function's business strategy and goals. To lead, manage and deliver on the RES capabilities with specific focus on Leasing in of space. Property Management, Facilities Management, Technical Services, Logistics, Project Management and Physical Security within a small country.
Minimum Qualification:
Qualification in Physical Planning - relevant; property, facilities, building management, and space planning. Project Management - core; real estate and facilities roles involve constant project and programme delivery.
Experience Required:
8 - 10 years experience in Real Estate Management.
The role requires an experienced individual who is customer focused with proven organisational capability of implementing Real Estate Services projects, gained from a track record of 8 years in functional leadership.
