Quantity Surveyor

You'll be at the heart of our pricing process, preparing estimates, managing variations, and handling contract administration across our drainage and groundwork projects. This role combines technical accuracy with client communication - you'll liaise with site teams, clients, and suppliers to keep projects on track financially and contractually. You'll work with both JCT600 and NEC frameworks, dealing with change events, compensation events, and contract variations as they arise. We're a hands-on team based on the Isle of Man. If you're relocating from the UK or internationally, we'll support you in making the move.
Requirements:
Fluent in JCT600 and NEC contract management, including variations and change events.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineering.
Strong understanding of drainage, groundworks, or civils projects.
Ability to produce accurate estimates, valuations, and contract claims
Professional qualification (MRICS, RICS Associate, or equivalent) or equivalent proven experience.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Location in isle of Man.
