Ready to make a real difference — and have fun doing it? We're on the lookout for a talented fundraiser to join our clients small but mighty team and help take it to the next level.
The role:
This isn't a behind-the-desk job. You'll be right in the mix — developing the fundraising and marketing strategy, writing bids, chasing down new income opportunities, building relationships with corporates and funders, and making sure the world knows what they do and why it matters. You'll also manage the Events & Engagement Officer and a team of volunteers, so there's real variety to the work.
What we need from you:
You've got a solid track record of bringing in serious money — we're talking five and six-figure grants, partnerships, and tenders — ideally in a charity or community setting. You're the kind of person who can think big picture one minute and get stuck into the detail the next. You're great with people, confident representing an organisation externally, and you know your way around digital fundraising, social media, and tools like Canva and WordPress.
A full driving licence is essential, and you'll need to be flexible about hours from time to time.
